At Mons Royale, we believe action and adventure sports can be a force for good. But most of the gear made for these sports is trashing the planet. Thats why were on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibresdesigning high-performance merino apparel that doesnt mess up the places we love to play As a Product Developer, youll be on the front lines of creating high-performance, style-forward and responsibly made apparel.

Youll help bring our products to life - from first sketch to final sample - with a laser focus on quality, speed, sustainability and impact. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced DTC environment where decisions are made quickly and product is built with purpose. Youll work across design, product and sourcing teams to shape garments that not only perform in the wild, but do right by the planet with natural fibres, especially merino wool at the core of everything we do.

What you'll be doing Own seasonal product development from tech pack creation through to production handover across apparel, accessories and socks. Bring ideas to life - collaborate with design and product leads to turn creative concepts into fit for purpose product. Work with merino and natural fibres - understand the nuances of natural fibre performance, manage fabric developments and ensure materials meet durability, comfort, and sustainability benchmarks.

Manage key assets and systems - coordinate lab dips, prints, trims and graphic applications. Maintain accurate style data and product details in our PLM system (Backbone). Attend fittings and refinement - review samples, capture feedback and translate it into actionable updates for our vendors.

Champion sustainable development - keep our commitment to ethical, traceable and planet-first production front and centre - especially in fabric, trim and finishing decisions. Foster strong vendor partnerships - communicate clearly and frequently with suppliers to ensure samples, pricing and timelines are on track. Move with speed and intent - operate with a DTC mindset - rapid feedback, efficient workflows and consumer-first thinking.

Elevate every product - keep performance, aesthetic, cost and impact in balance - every stitch, every time. Requirements What You Bring: A passion for product and a curiosity about how great gear gets made. Solid understanding of garment construction and development, especially in natural fibre apparel.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset. PLM system experience (or the drive to master it fast). An appreciation for merino wool, its unique performance benefits and a commitment to sustainability that goes deeper than buzzwords.
