We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to assist with design, development and commercialisation of our new medical devices. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure our products meet quality standards and patient needs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation, thrives in a changing environment and has experience in developing medical devices from concept to market. What youll be doing? Contribute to product design, development and commercialisation of medical device projects Collaborate across teams including R&D and Manufacturing to bring our innovative ideas to life Identify, select and implement systems to support development and commercialisation of new medical devices Present written reports within our quality systems framework What youll bring: Minimum of 3 years experience working within the medical device industry or similar regulated industry Understanding of the entire product lifecycle and workflow from concept to production Technical capabilities understanding of 3D modelling software such as SOLIDWORKS, CREO or similar and understanding of mechanical and functional test methods Hands-on and practical prototyping skills, such has 3D printing, CNC machining, Laser cutting or similar Strong technical writing skills and understanding of medical device design controls Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly Innovative and creative mindset Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices (we also have flexibility to work from home from time to time).
