We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to focus on our portfolio of mechanical and electronic products for the commercial market. In this role, you will: - Identify market and product gaps, develop compelling business cases, and manage new product development projects.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, manufacturing, sourcing, and engineering teams. - Develop and execute strategic product plans aligned with market trends, manage product roadmaps and oversee the entire product lifecycle. co.nz What you will bring - Experience: At least three years of experience managing a technical product portfolio, ideally within the door hardware or building industry. - Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases that drive profitable growth.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of return on investment, profit and loss statements, cost structures, and budgets. - Customer Focus: Proven ability to build relationships with key customers, understand market needs, and identify trends to create new business opportunities. - Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline.
