Farmers face uncertainty and stress due to a lack of financial clarity, control, support, and expertise. Figured offers peace of mind with a financial management platform tailored for agriculture, enabling farmers and advisors to collaborate effectively. We're looking for a high-impact Product Marketing Manager to join us on a 9-month fixed-term contract, starting in August.

You will: Lead and refine our product marketing voice and approach, ensuring strong integration with our overall proposition and positioning. Drive key go-to-market initiatives for new features and updates, collaborating closely with product, sales, and wider marketing teams. Create compelling, localised content for each market, understanding unique differences and positioning strategies.

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey, from prospecting in growth markets to driving adoption and growth with established partners. Utilise customer and product usage insights to inform current marketing initiatives and future product development roadmap discussions. Take ownership of setting the strategic foundation for Product Marketing into FY26, including identifying key market opportunities and defining preliminary GTM approaches.

What are we looking for? We need an experienced PMM who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly. Proven, hands-on experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, showcasing your expertise in driving successful launches and campaigns. Comprehensive understanding of SaaS-based business models, customer acquisition strategies, and subscription-based pricing models.
