Job involves : - Managing a large team of day and night shift staff (Key decision maker) - Responsible for the day-to-day running of the packhouse - Reporting to site Manager, with 4-6 Direct reports under - Working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines - Planning and Strategizing for improvement projects - Developing and sustaining safe work practices - Maintenance planning and co-ordination Ideal Candidate : - Previous production management experience required - Experience or knowledge of Fresh Produce Industry desirable, not essential - Robust leadership skills - Effective Communication skills, with ability to motivate team - Confident and experienced using computer packages and databases - Attention to detail and strives for consistent product excellence - Reliable and trustworthy If you require further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
