About the role: Were looking for a Production Technician to join our Palmerston North team. In this role, youll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and high-quality assembly and refurbishment of our hardware products across all four product lines (Milk, Fuel, Water, Feed).

This is a hands-on role, and youll also take some ownership of production coordination, identifying and driving process improvements with the Production team, and helping to ensure our products are built to the highest standards and ready to make an impact in the field. This is a full-time, 3-6 month fixed-term position based in Palmerston North. Its ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career in production operations and play a key role in Levnos future success.

Day to day in the role, you will: Assemble and refurbish products to meet ISO 9001 standards. Helping to manage inventory levels and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise flow, efficiency, and cost. Supporting shipping and installation readiness processes, ensuring timely product delivery.

Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and customer support teams to solve challenges and improve processes. Bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everything you dohelping us scale smarter as we grow. Engage with teammates to brainstorm creative solutions.

You will have: Experience in production, assembly, or coordination rolesideally in a manufacturing, hardware, or technical environment. Confident using hand tools and basic electronics (soldering, drilling, etc.).

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and process excellence. Comfortable using IT systems to manage production, inventory, and reporting. A proactive, solutions-focused mindsetyoure always looking for ways to do things better.
