Responsible for identifying new site opportunities for future stores, development and design of new stores, management, maintenance and refurbishment of existing stores, plus seismic remediation, refrigeration upgrades, energy efficiency and maintenance, the Foodies Property team are focussed on supporting members and the co-op to deliver for our customers every day. Te Tranga About the role You will lead an internal team of Project Coordinators, Programme, Contract and Seismic Specialists to deliver new store and reinvestment projects and roll out initiatives.

Working collaboratively and cross functionally, youll play a key role in delivering the strategic direction of the Property team. He krero mu - About you Youll be a highly experienced Project & Construction Manager with a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership ability and stakeholder management.

Experience in retail or commercial property environments would be highly advantageous. Youll also have: Proficiency in MS Office software including MS Project, and have experience using SharePoint, or similar. Experience in strategic leadership and the ability to effectively maintain relationships and influence your immediate tea.
