This integral role is responsible for managing operational activities on the job, including safety, contractors, compliance, and profitable project delivery. This role will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining the project management framework and ensuring that it is complied with by the team.

Key Responsibilities Manage a variety of commercial paint and washing projects. Organize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements. Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects Arrange all materials and equipment for site Monitor associated key performance indicators.

Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures. Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures.

About You To be successful in this role, ideally, you will have experience in managing site-based teams and be driven to deliver exceptional results.
