We have plenty of work, we have a positive future pipeline of work and we are in growth-mode. Our Civil business is a division of the Business specialising in Infrastructure Construction, based around Reinforced Concrete. We are currently delivering work ranging from Bridges and Wharves to Water Treatment Plants and Storage Tanks and Pipelines.

What were looking for: This position requires the leadership, energy, structures construction knowledge and capability to be hands on, providing coaching and mentoring to team members on various technical elements, ensuring that work is completed to deadline and a high quality. Other skills you will need are: Proven experience in major civil D&C construction projects and are familiar with NZS3916 and the Construction Contracts Act.

You will have a strong history of successfully managing staff and subcontractors. Proven experience managing budgets and programmes. Excellent leadership qualities.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Financial focus towards project costs. Proven ability in subcontractor management.
