Role Profile We're adding a new Project Manager to our team in Christchurch, NZ, to help support on a range of projects across multiple clients.
We're looking for someone that has strong experience working with on-site construction teams in a Project Management or Site Management role. Ideally you'll have worked in the Commercial Interiors sector, ideally within Office interiors or Workspace Development. Responsibilities include but not limited to Attend weekly update meetings on-site with the client and sub-contractors.
Work closely with the design team to communicate any changes required by the client. Coordinate and attend walk-throughs for the Site Superintendent, ensuring proper representation from all subs and accurate documentation of all developments. Paperwork and process flow management, using Vista or another alternative PM software.
Document site progress and proactively identify any past, current, and potential future issues. Update project schedules to ensure plans are on track and meet our client commitments, and effectively managing clients when there are disruptions to the schedule. Pitch in as needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team.
