M te tranga mahi | About the role We have multiple opportunities for experienced Project Managers (PM) to join us on an 18-month fixed term basis.

As a PM in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Programme, you'll lead the delivery of initiatives that improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders and sustainability of the ACC scheme. You'll work across a diverse programme of work that includes the claims management model, the long-term claims pool, social rehabilitation investment, and elective surgery access. You'll be responsible for managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-stream projects.

This role requires strong collaboration with clinical, operational, and policy teams, and a focus on delivering measurable improvements in client experience and system performance. Mu | About you * A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a large and complex organisation, including business and technology change.

Experience in government and health would be beneficial * Demonstrated strong delivery and leadership * Strong ability to manage complex project budget, governance, reporting and risk * Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation * High quality presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience * Strong time management and organisational skills * Knowledge and experience working with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies (qualification would be beneficial) If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
