Description About the Role Do you have previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehousing? We have an exciting opportunity for another Purchasing Coordinator to join our Asmuss Supply Chain Team. While this is not a senior position, this is a diverse role based in Mount Wellington and is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied role and being a part of a growing, collaborative team. You will be responsible for Managing and supporting the flow and processes for goods procurement and deliveries, focusing on accuracy, cost effectiveness and quality of supply Working with our suppliers, international and local, as well as all of your Asmuss business team members, to place and manage all purchase orders Timely and effective management of our expected deliveries and receipting Updating stakeholders Updating our ERP systems ( Propella and Dynamics 365) Updating purchase orders with supplier confirmations, acknowledgments, maintenance Monitoring local and international shipment movements Providing administration support to the supply chain and business teams as needed About you To be successful in this role you will be able to share your: Practical experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills, ability to work as part of a team and work independently Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships High standard of accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to learn, show initiative and confidence to attempt new tasks Intermediate level skill of Excel and Microsoft office product In return we offer: Opportunity to grow your operations support skills in the procurement and supply chain field, working with a great team!
