We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Pipe Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Nelson. You will work on a range of diverse fabrication projects, working with stainless and mild steel. Your role will involve welding, pipe fitting, and fabricating solutions for various clients while managing challenges both individually and within a supportive team.
About You: You have a passion for delivering quality work and enjoy being trusted to work independently. You possess a Trade Certificate in a relevant mechanical engineering field or equivalent on-the-job experience. You have a strong background in welding (ASME 9), heavy fabrication, and pipe fitting.
You are familiar with welding equipment and have the ability to interpret engineering drawings. You hold a valid Class 1 Drivers Licence. We offer a supportive work environment, excellent opportunities for skill development, and a strong company culture focused on employee wellbeing.
