As we continue to grow were looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our New Zealand based team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to Quality Manager Operations and based in Auckland CBD you will support our quality systems, manage product release, and drive improvements across our operations. This is a national role, ideal for a results-driven quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across commercial and operational teams.
More specifically, you will be involved in: Manage the end-to-end product release process and implementation of corrective actions Lead customer complaint investigations and implement effective corrective actions. Identify regulatory compliance risks (including export regulations) and work with the Quality Team to ensure product safety and continuity of supply. Support development and implementation of Quality Management Systems and associated documentation.
Assist with vendor and third-party manufacturer quality performance monitoring and support the implementation of robust vendor management processes. Monitor quality performance trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. More about you: Minimum 5 years experience, ideally within infant nutrition and nutritional powders.
In-depth experience in dairy industry quality systems and regulatory frameworks, with a strong working knowledge of ANZ market requirements. Experience in finished product testing and quality risk assessment and COA analysis Proven track record in Food Safety Quality Management Systems (e.g.
, GFSI standards, Risk Management Programs).
