Our Quality Controller plays a core role, being responsible for the end-to-end quality of materials and products in our manufacturing processes, ensuring that they are checked in accordance with specifications and AQL procedures.

Undertaking independent audits of products and materials, this role is responsible for identifying and ensuring that any issues or potential problems that will affect production are raised and addressed promptly. Through strong relationships and regular communication with Tait's suppliers, the Quality Controller helps to ensure quality issues are addressed and reoccurrence is prevented. The duties of the role will include: Undertake component inspections and manage any defects, working with the manufacturing team to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve issues.

Focus on and demonstrate continual quality improvement and be a proactive ambassador for Tait's high-quality standards, promoting this both internally and with Tait suppliers.
