An opportunity has arisen with a local Wellington contractor who require a quantity surveyor to join the commercial team. They require a quantity surveyor who can come in and make things happen.

You will have the drive and motivation to be the bet you can and push the project to financial success. You'll need to be comfortable running your part of the project on site, but you'll have the support of the more senior staff if required. To be part of this growing QS team, CTR are looking for candidates with at least 3 - 5 years experience.

Ideally you must have great local knowledge and understand the New Zealand construction process/contracts. What we are looking for in an applicant : Related construction/commercial qualification 3-5 years plus experience New build or refurb project exposure ($5 million to $30 million) Knowledge of letting sub-contractor contracts Monthly reporting skills An ability to process claims and variations Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity to develop your quantity surveying career and be part of a fantastic team.
