Overview: We are seeking a technically skilled Quantity Surveyor ( Sydney-based) with experience in utilities and civils , to join our clients team.

This role also requires Estimators ( Sydney-based), focused on providing detailed and precise cost management and estimation for high-profile infrastructure projects. Key Technical Responsibilities: Develop detailed project cost models and perform value engineering to optimize expenditures. Utilize advanced quantitative methods to forecast project costs and assess financial risk.

Implement and manage cost-control systems to ensure budget adherence. Analyze and evaluate bids from contractors, with a keen eye for technical specifications and cost efficiencies. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are meticulously incorporated into cost estimates.

Technical Requirements: Experience in Utilities and Civils infrastructure projects is required. Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years direct experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying.

Proficiency in specialized estimation software such as CostX, BuildSoft, or similar. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction technology, and industry standards. Capable of interpreting complex project drawings and technical documents for accurate cost forecasting.
