In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide strategic oversight across the client's New Zealand real estate portfolio-encompassing asset management, lease and property services, and workplace operations. You will ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes while building enduring client relationships and driving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the strategic real estate vision for the client's portfolio, aligning with broader business goals. - Provide national leadership across all property and real estate service lines, including Lease Management, Property Management, and Workplace Experience. - Serve as the client's trusted advisor, acting as the senior point of contact and ensuring strategic alignment between CBRE and client stakeholders.
- Lead commercial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across the account. - Manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. - Oversee landlord and tenant engagements, proactively resolving matters to support long-term portfolio performance.
