Located in the heart of Onehunga, this full-time Receptionist role is your chance to be the welcoming face of a warm, community-focused medical centre that truly cares - there also may be requirements to cover occasionally at their Otahuhu and Panmure clinics. The usual working hours will be 9:30 am 6:00 pm , with the occasional need to work a late shift from 12:30 pm 9:00 pm to support the teams operational needs.

What youll be doing: As the first point of contact, youll provide top-notch, friendly service to patients and visitors, answering calls with a smile and directing them where they need to go. Youll keep the centre running smoothly with various admin tasks and ensure health and safety procedures are always spot on. Most importantly, youll help upholding their mission to deliver compassionate healthcare within the community.

Who were looking for: Fluent in Tongan this is a must! Comfortable and confident working in a busy medical or healthcare environment Experienced in fast-paced customer service or primary healthcare settings Skilled at engaging with people of all ages and from diverse cultural backgrounds Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks with ease Tech-savvy with solid skills in MS Word, Excel (intermediate), and Outlook Excellent communicator, especially with Pacific peoples If youre ready to bring your warmth, professionalism, and Tongan language skills to a role that matters, we want to hear from you!
