The key tasks will include (but are not limited to): Providing a welcoming, professional reception experience for visitors Dealing professionally with all phone and email enquiries Providing daily administrative support to the team as needed Accounting support duties as needed Proactively providing assistance to the Director and Supervisor with support duties, including diary management Ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard and runs smoothly To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients. As the face of the practice, you will be friendly and professional in your attitude and presentation, have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As you will be working in a team, you will need to have a flexible attitude and a willingness to pitch in and offer support whenever needed.
At times you may need to juggle several priorities at once, so good time management and organisational skills are important. Being able to use your initiative to support the Director, Supervisor and team will also be a key part of your role. Although full training will be provided, a solid background in office administration and reception would be an advantage, as would experience in general accounting functions.
You must be legally entitled to work and have a current, full driver's license to be considered for this vacancy..
