Where making an impact matters. Join Kiwibanks Customer Care Solutions team in this key role. Your main focus will be providing our Business customers with a tailored and compassionate experience demonstrating how Kiwibank solutions can assist them.

In this role you will: Assist our Business customers in default or requiring financial assistance with managing their overdrafts, credit cards, and business loans. Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and emails. Using Kiwibank products, policies, and procedures you will work with customers in difficult financial situations to facilitate asset retrieval.
