What you need to have: Sales experience, ability to meet and surpass set KPI's, that are achievable Previous health or solid NZ recruitment experiences is essential Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality People skills - this is a people business and we put people first. Ability to influence, learn and be teachable An inquiring mindset, keen to develop and extend yourself Intermediate to Advanced computer skills Full New Zealand working rights - no sponsorship available What you'll do: Manage the full end-to-end perm recruitment process, delivering the service we're famous for. Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms.
