The Opportunity Our client, a leading national building and construction business, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its Bay of Plenty and Taup operations and development. This is a significant role with full accountabilityrunning two branches, owning commercial performance, and growing capability across the region. Youll be supported by a strong leadership team, who provide opportunity for their leaders to excel.

Drive operational performance, plant utilisation and cost control. Develop your people, set clear expectations, and lift team capability. Ensure compliance with health & safety and product quality standards.

Shape and deliver the regional growth strategy in line with business goals. What Youll Bring Senior leadership experience in construction, building products, or manufacturing. Proven track record managing site operations and commercial performance.

Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Strong financial and business acumenbudgets, CAPEX, margin management, P&L. A people-first leadership style with the ability to build culture and hold standards.
