Through short, medium, or long-term residential support we support our clients to regain independence and re-learn daily activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an extremely rewarding rehab setting with our clients. As the Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, monitoring, and supporting rehabilitation patients throughout their recovery. You will also provide clinical leadership to Rehabilitation Assistants and Residential Team Leaders, ensuring staff are well-equipped to handle health-related challenges.

Description Key Responsibilities Conduct health assessments and track patient progress toward rehabilitation goals Develop and implement individualized care plans Provide clinical leadership and guidance to support staff Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and ongoing care Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations This is a part time position for 64 hours per fortnight, located at Evolve Rehabilitation, Gisborne Skills And Experiences About you You will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills. You will bring: Registered Nurse with current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practicing Certificate Hold a clean and current full drivers licence Experience in rehabilitation, aged care, or long-term healthcare preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities Passion for patient-centered care and recovery-focused nursing Excellent communication and leadership abilities Committed to continuous quality improvement and personal development Why Join Us?
