You will be the pivotal professional for the site that requires operational performance. Being the core part of the management team you will liaise with the Group Executives for Care and Commercial and People and Development. This role will require a true leader that is passionate and driven to enrich the lives of residents. Person centred care will be in the forefront of your mind and looking after the residents from an individualist perspective.
