Weve got an exciting Resource Coordinator role just for you! In this position, youll get to provide support to the Distribution overhead and/or underground teams , making a real impact. The successful candidates will work on key responsibilities like: Managing and resourcing a roster in conjunction with the Field Operations Manager, to optimise productivity and ensure that scheduled work goes ahead on a day-to-day basis Assisting the Field Operation Manager in managing staff, including the control of unforeseen labour, supplier and other contract issues Assisting the Field Operation Manager with day-to-day management of equipment and vehicles Ensuring that the company complies with the customers contract agreement and standards Qualifications and Skills Understanding the field staff competencies, training records and the day-to-day activities involved in working on a distribution network.
Trade qualification as a cable jointer, line mechanic or electrician A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements Ability to communicate clearly at all levels Excellent organisational skills Who are we?
