We're looking for a real star in our Fisher & Paykel business to develop and grow our product and brand across a portfolio of accounts based out of the Wellington Region, which will increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term. This opportunity is best suited to a driven Area sales Manager who will use insight and innovation to develop winning strategies that turn leads into long-term customers, creating enduring business partnerships. The successful candidate will build relationships and provide a value proposition that cultivates a momentum of enthusiasm and pull for Fisher & Paykel brand, vision and products.
Reporting to the GM of Retail, you will: Plan and execute the brands retail strategy for identified accounts. Ensure that strategic plans for accounts include annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes. Deeply understand the Territorys account business and environmental influences.
Manage and cultivates existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities. Ensure a seamless, brand aligned representation of the brand value proposition is applied to all accounts. When it comes to area sales management, you've got it all; experience, you know our products, deeply understand the latest competitor and customer trends, and best practice to influence and skilfully articulate commercial reasons why our products are number one.
You will have a data led approach to sales. Your focus will be on the insights the data reveals. Youll have the skill to manage your portfolio appropriately with the ability to anticipate where we want to be in the future and sequence how we get there! You will know what it means to represent premium brands, engaging the right people using relevant information to make informed decisions.
