Christchurch | Otautahi CBRE's Retail Leasing team works with both private investors, institutional and retail clients, providing unique insights on how to maximise returns through innovative leasing strategies. Our Retail Leasing executives are specialised and experienced in brokering leasing deals across a variety of sectors. The role: - Partnering with established teams with vast experience in the Christchurch, New Zealand and the Australian market.

- Providing tenant relationship management and communications whilst adhering to a Gold Star service level. - Business development and expansion of market share. - Managing current listings, inspections, lease documentation and negotiations with owners and tenants.

Your background: - You should be in an existing property sales/leasing role or if not-some previous property experience is an advantage. - We're open to Residential or other areas of Commercial Property. - We'll consider aligned industries or retail sales backgrounds.
