Retail Management Position - Zone Manager Permanent Full Time (43 hours per week) Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is a locally owned and operated company with a vision to provide outstanding customer service and great value products to all our customers. An opportunity has become available for an experienced, highly motivated and passionate leader to join our wonderful local team in Invercargill. This role is responsible to manage and lead retail departments within the store to deliver the best possible customer experiences and has full managerial responsibility across the allocated departments for sales performance, employment relation matters and health & safety.

This is a busy hands-on role working in the business to drive towards our sales targets, maintain and enhance store standards as well as being actively involved with the products we sell. This role will also form part of the operational duty managers roster which includes working one day at the weekend on a permanent basis, and the usual roster pattern for this role is Sunday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will have previous and proven leadership experience in big box retail, grocery, or a similar industry.
