The opportunity: This newly established role of Reward Analyst is designed to primarily assist in developing and implementing effective reward strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. The role ensures that our reward systems remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the firms strategic objectives. Additionally, the position plays a crucial part in supporting the creation and delivery of effective people metrics, reporting, and analysis.

Day to day you will: Develop and execute reward strategies aligned with firm objectives and reward philosophy. Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive market positions. Ensure smooth execution of annual reward processes like performance and salary reviews.

Analyse outcomes for equity, addressing any disparities. Respond to reward inquiries with clear information. Recommend actions to improve and streamline processes.

Analyse, report and provide insights on wider people data to support effective decision-making. About you: 2 years experience in a similar role whether that is in the field of HR, remuneration and reward or in a data analyst role (ideally you will have worked in a large organization). Advanced reporting skills to analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and identify trends.

Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting. Ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic solicitation to reward-related issues.

Able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and processes. Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and integrity. Recruitment Agencies: The recruitment for this role is being managed directly by the KPMG Talent Acquisition team.
