Youll be building and maintaining strong client relationships, tailoring risk management strategies to suit each unique business need. Whether it's navigating complex policies or offering smart protection solutions, you'll be the go-to person for risk-related advice. What were looking for: 2 to 5 years experience in business risk advice, specifically in areas like shareholder protection, key person cover, and debt protection.

Confidence working with small to medium-sized businesses to deliver tailored solutions. Proven ability to grow and manage a portfolio, building strong relationships with both existing and new clients. An in-depth understanding of the New Zealand business landscape and its challenges.

Great communication skills you know how to break down complex insurance matters into something simple and valuable for your clients. What youll need: Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Life & Health Insurance strand) this is a must-have for providing regulated financial advice in life insurance. A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and solving business risks.
