Our team and passion continues to grow and as a result we are looking for a Senior Associate in our Tmaki Makaurau / Auckland office to help our clients navigate the world of sustainability and climate change. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting public and private sector clients across New Zealand with the sustainability and climate change challenges they face today and anticipate encountering in the future. Helping to create authentic change and driving the New Zealand economy in a sustainable direction Client relationship management and the execution of project plans and deliverables Assessment and management of project risks and commercial targets Fostering our inclusive working environment and enhancing our culture of continuous development both in project work and coaching Ng pkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience As a Senior Associate within the Sustainability & Climate Change team, you will have: 3 years professional experience in either a consulting role or a sustainability-focused role within a private or public sector organisation.

A detailed understanding of the New Zealand sustainable business landscape A detailed understanding of the New Zealand regulatory landscape with respect to climate change Understanding of global sustainability reporting and disclosure frameworks (TCFD, TNFD GRI, SASB, SDGs, Integrated Reporting, etc) Awareness of key sustainability and climate change issues including the science of climate change, sustainable supply chain and procurement considerations, climate change risks, green economy transition, global regulatory and political considerations etc Nature-related experience including use of ge.
