Working with our AU-based team to build and refine local support processes that make things better, faster, smoother. Representing the BioPak brand with heart, hustle, and a Kiwi touch. What were looking for: Someone whos all about people with excellent communication and a natural knack for empathy.

Proactive, reliable, and unshakably positive you find solutions where others see roadblocks. Experience in customer service is a plus, but attitude trumps all. Bonus points if youre already familiar with sustainability or B2B support or if youre just really passionate about making a difference.
