YOUR ROLE Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing customers, selling medical products across arthroplasty portfolio. You will be given every opportunity to grow your career with us and make a sustainable impact. Working as part of a small team, you will need to be results driven to grow the existing business, through strengthening current relationships and developing future relationships becoming their trusted advisor.
Youll be responsible for: Facilitating the sales, technical, clinical support, and training of all products within our arthroplasty portfolio Building strong relationships with key customer including, surgeons, nursing staff and C Suite across South Island, NZ Provide operating theatre support to clinicians Promote, train, and educate on the product ranges providing expert technical knowledge Attend, when requested, conferences and training workshops Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales Work collaboratively with Category Manager to carry out territory plan ABOUT YOU Youll be a sales role working directly with New Zealand healthcare providers impacting lives of many New Zealanders; driven and motivated you are a self-starter with a customer focus and a can-do attitude. Reliable and enthusiastic, your excellent people skills enable you to achieve outcomes within timeframes and expectations. The other essentials we are looking for: Experience in medical devices to hospitals and surgeons and providing product support in a theatre environment.
Proven relationships & sales success with key customers Knowledge of both public and private healthcare systems and how they operate. Proven track record of working autonomously and part of a dynamic, innovative member of a team. Bachelors degree in science, physiotherapy, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar with at least an understanding of human anatomy and physiology Direct experience working in an Operating Room environment, in either a sale or clinical capacity is beneficial.
