Your day to day Drive revenue and deliver standout experiences! You'll lead all aspects of Conference & Eventsfrom sales strategy to seamless execution.

As the go to for MICE key accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing both the pre-group accommodation and conference & events components of the meetings cycle as well as overseeing the implementation and running of conference and events operations. Proactively source and convert new C&E business through prospecting, networking, and events. Handle inquiries, proposals, site visits, and contract negotiations.

Support annual sales strategy with the Director of Sales and meet or exceed all sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with clients to plan tailored events and coordinate with Operations for seamless execution, including BEOs, menus, AV, and accommodations. Maximize revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and space optimization. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records.

Work with Marketing to create campaigns and content. Leverage partnerships to increase visibility and represent the hotel at industry events. Keep detailed records of sales activities and provide regular performance updates.

Monitor competitors and market trends to guide strategy. What we need from you Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel Detail focus with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Sharp analytical and strategic mindset to uncover and seize every revenue opportunity.
