We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a SAP Security Analyst.

As a member of our Digital & Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safeguarding and integrity of our SAP platforms. Your expertise and attentiveness to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the security of our systems, protecting sensitive data, and supporting a seamless digital experience for our customers and team members. Reporting to the Technical Lead - SAP Platforms, your key functions will include: Manage and administer SAP security authorisation profiles, roles, and user access to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and adherence to company policies.

Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and maintain a secure SAP environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security protocols, controls, and best practices. Monitor and investigate any security incidents or breaches, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Provide guidance and support to SAP users, addressing queries and resolving security-related concerns promptly and effectively. Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry trends to proactively identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP security processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate users on SAP security protocols and best practices. To be successful in this role you will have: Strong knowledge and experience in SAP security administration Proficiency in managing user access and authorizations within SAP systems. Proven ability to conduct security reviews and audits, identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities.
