We are a small group of dedicated professionals, working in a 'can do' environment. About the role This is an important and busy role, supporting the Deputy Chief Executive, Reviews and System Capability. We're looking for an experienced professional who has a strong understanding of the machinery of government, great organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

On a typical day, you might find yourself: * reviewing papers going to senior stakeholders * providing feedback to other team members * seeking subject matter expertise to inform the development of products * working with managers to allocate resources across a number of different work streams, and monitoring capacity and business needs * supporting and facilitating meetings with a range of stakeholders * providing input into WPQs and OIAs * Anything else that is going to help the DCE be responsive and efficient across a busy work programme About you We're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into a dynamic environment. We're open to a variety of backgrounds, however you should have a strong understanding of the machinery of government, experience with successful delivery and a good understanding of the policy process.
