M te tranga mahi | About the role The Workplace Integrity team provides ongoing support and continuous improvement of ACCs integrity framework and are focused on delivering an uplift in integrity management capability across ACC.

Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Integrity, the Senior Advisor will be a trusted partner that works with stakeholders to implement effective guidance, policy practices and controls, and provides real time advice to employees and leaders on integrity-related topics. Ng Haepapa Mahi | Key Responsibilities Advice and support: Act as a trusted partner to deliver high quality advice that addresses complex integrity problems and is solution focused. Lead internal investigations and reviews: Ensure interview transcripts are an accurate record, communicate with the Manager, Lead Specialist and business managers on the progress of investigations, support protected disclosure investigations as required.

Integrity reporting: investigation plans, interview approaches, interim and final reports. Assist in co-ordination and reporting of Workplace Integrity matters to the Executive and relevant governance forums. Continuous improvement: Identify integrity issues and risks and take a proactive leading role in resolving them.

Support the enhancement of ACC integrity practices by reviewing and updating policies, procedures and any related tools and training materials. Education and awareness : Promote a strong integrity culture within ACC, support the education of employees, empowering them to do the right thing and to detect and speak up. The base salary range is $101,287 - $142,993 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
