About the Role (Your Why) The Senior Project Manager is tasked with providing project management services across a range of projects, from initiation through to closure, including definition, approach, planning, organising and technically leading and controlling the completion of allocated projects. The Senior Project Manager ensures all contracted projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time.

What Youll Do Ensuring preparation/completion of projects to appropriate quality standards within time/cost constraints as well as meeting contractual requirements and company budget requirements. Leading agile project teams delivering mid to large scale CRM projects for our customers. Coordinating documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new development projects.

Tailoring project methodology to individual projects when needed. Preparing project budgets, attaining necessary approvals in a timely manner and monitoring project financials and the realisation of defined project benefits. Exceeding stakeholder expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.

What Youll Bring We are seeking a resilient and adaptable team player to manage multiple mid to large-sized projects, who can bring a dynamic element to our existing professional project management capability. You will have: Extensive experience delivering projects, preferably with a focus on CRM . Ability to build and lead collaborative project teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Broad and deep understanding of delivering software projects. Strong communication skills with proven experience of managing various stakeholders of all levels and the ability to tailor your conversations accordingly. Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
