About this role | M tnei tranga Join us in this fixed-term, full-time role where you'll build strong partnerships, drive sector-wide integration, and help deliver responsive, community-focused support and services.
The Senior Analyst supports the Manager, Integration and Oversight, contributing sector supports, reporting, measurement and analytics expertise to support systems process changes, programme delivery and implementation operational support reporting, plan and manage work across Te Mahau and Te Thuhu o te Mtauranga and support the operationalisation of the master schedule/termly calendar across Te Thuhu o te Mtauranga. Working with the wider Te Thuhu team, you will support the maintenance of a national overview of the activities being delivered and provide clarity around the pipeline of work for change programmes across Te Thuhu o te Mtauranga. You will support the oversight function which seeks to bring clarity to the various initiatives across the ministry through data analytics (qualitative and quantitative), research and reporting.

You will be confident navigating large systems, with deep knowledge of business analysis, performance reporting, and change management.

With experience in tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI and Atlassian, you bring a practical and forward-thinking approach to innovation and improvement. You are a strong communicator, systems-thinker and relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
