What youll be doing: Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions. Performing outbound communications (calls and emails) to manage at-risk capital advance accounts and negotiate viable repayment plans, exploring all available financial resources to determine the best possible arrangements. Capability to identify daily data, to detect trends and potential issues in collections, providing insights and recommendations to improve recovery efforts and address challenges Partnering with internal teams such as Product, Underwriting, Eligibility, and Compliance to drive solutions and provide regular reporting on portfolio trends.

Ensuring all recovery activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, mitigating risk. Leveraging data analytics to identify trends and inform strategic recovery initiatives. Offering recommendations for process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency and minimize risk.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Lightspeed Capital products, Payments, and Billing systems to support internal teams. Providing insights on recovery policies and playbooks to standardize processes and ensure consistent compliance. What you need to bring: Were a team of 5 people located in North America and Asia Pacific.

We're looking for an experienced candidate who has experience with the following: Must have 3-5 years experience in collections or a target-driven call centre environment Experience doing collections for a financial institution (i.e. bank, credit card company etc.

) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work autonomously & efficiently in a results driven environment. Experience within the fintech or e-commerce industry is an asset.
