Job Description Your typical day will include: Deloittes HR Strategy and Technology (HRS&T) team are currently seeking an experienced Workday HCM Senior Consultant/ Manager, specialising in one or more modules of Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Security or Learning. You should expect to be involved in the following: Gathering business requirements and discussing business shortcoming with various clients Build consensus around business processes and design and evaluating current systems and structures Communication of Workday capabilities and discussing the current systems with the staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation Developing strategies and plans to achieve customer satisfaction and efficient use of businesss resources Recommending proposals to revise the methods and procedures and redefine job functions. Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts Configuration of Workday application.
