Our advisors combine extensive knowledge of data and analytics, cyber security, software development, IT strategy and operating models to provide clients with a service that adds recognised value. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team within One Digital Consulting.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data science to deliver impactful insights and solutions for a variety of clients. You will work on challenging projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive data-driven decision-making. Day to day you will: Work with large and complex datasets to solve a variety of challenging problems using advanced analytical and statistical approaches.

Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions. Build and maintain robust pipelines for data processing and model deployment.

Mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance on technical approaches and career development. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. What youll bring: 3-5 years of experience in data science, preferably with a consulting background.

In-depth knowledge of statistical and machine learning models and their practical applications. Proficiency in Python and SQL , with the ability to deliver production-ready code in well-tested CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms , particularly Azure .

Experience with end-to-end model development , including deployment and maintenance. Strong communication skills, with the ability to tackle loosely defined problems and present solutions clearly. Experience mentoring junior data scientists to help them succeed.

Familiarity with reporting tool.
