About Us: Structured Technologies is a leading installer of copper and fibre data cabling, We specialise in creating tailored solutions to improve connectivity in commercial and residential properties throughout the Waikato, Auckland, and Bay of Plenty. About the Role: As a Data Technician, you will: Install, connect, test and commission structured cabling and fibre optic networks.

Coordinate on-site activities to maximise the best and most efficient use of resources. Lead by example and foster a positive culture within the installation team. Requirements: Five years or more installation experience in medium to large projects Commercial and Industrial experience in data systems Supervision of installation teams Management of sub-contractors Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Min 40 - 44 max hours per week Overtime readily available Work with the latest tech on the market Company Vehicle and Company Phone included What we are looking for: Hold a valid NZ drivers license Commercial and Industrial experience in data network installation Hold current applicable manufacturing certifications 5 years data install experience is a must. Technology savvy with a keen eye for detail. Customer service experience is relevant in this role Be able to pass a police check for security reasons.
