Digital Channels builds and maintains BNZs Web Customer Channel. This tranga is in our tma (team) that looks after the Internet Banking for Business, International Payments, Everyday Accounts, Payees and Settings front end applications. The tma is currently focused on continuing to maintain our legacy monolithic single page applications while they work to modularise and move them into our target state of micro front ends.

The tma are also still actively adding features that support BNZs ability to serve our customers brilliantly! This position is based at our BNZ Place Wellington office. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in office, and 2 days per week working from home. What capabilities will this person need in order to be successful in this tranga? 5 Years practical experience in development and maintenance of technology applications. Experienced front end developer, with practical experience delivering enterprise applications. Practical experience with REACT, Node.

js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Experience in unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress. Experience building and deploying code via Ci/CD pipeline such as Jenkins. Proven ability to communicate ideas and designs clearly and concisely.
