M te tranga | About the Role Our team of HR professionals provide services that are helping to drive Westpac towards its vision and overall business strategy. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources & Communications (HRC) team on a Fixed-term contract basis for 12 months. Based at Westpac Head Office, Britomart, reporting to our Head of Human Resources CBW & HSW, this senior HR role will see you work alongside other Senior HR Business Partners supporting the Consumer Banking & Wealth (CBW) business unit within the Bank.

You will have the experience and expertise to nurture and further enhance the relationship between HR and CBW.
You will be providing professional and credible support regarding employee relations, talent management, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, performance and reward, HR policies and procedures, advocacy of the organisations vision, values and culture, change initiatives through to generalist HR support. Ideally your experience will have led you to a Senior or Head of level within HR and within a large and complex organisation. Banking or Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
You will display strong Employee Relations as well as Industrial Relations experience, stakeholder management and strong influencing skills. N tu rourou | What will you bring?
