What Youll Be Doing: Lead complex change initiatives across AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and Anti-Bribery Contribute to the implementation of smarter, data-informed control frameworks Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational leaders to roll out regulatory uplift projects Produce strategic insights and recommendations to meet evolving compliance expectations Support internal governance and reporting on financial crime risk exposure Develop effective working relationships to ensure solutions are practical and future-focused What Youll Bring: Strong background in financial crime compliance within banking, insurance, or financial services Experience managing transformation, compliance remediation, or regulatory uplift projects Knowledge of AML/CFT legislation, sanctions, and non-financial risk practices Confidence working with technical subject matter experts and senior stakeholders An interest in building better systems, not just ticking the box A collaborative, curious, and problem-solving mindset Why This Role?
