As Senior Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing tactical and operational analysis across Commercial Services. You will play a pivotal role in reporting on NZTA contracted partners agreed performance by automating and building dashboards, working collaboratively with stakeholders and providing regular reporting to support the teams to deliver an effective and enhanced regulatory function that is strongly aligned with our Regulatory Strategy T ake, t mia.

Ko koe tnei | About you'' If you have strong demonstrable experience in navigating large and complex datasets along with significant experience in a reporting role then we would love to hear from you.
To be successful, you will bring: * Demonstrated ability to navigate large datasets with SQL and Powerquery * Confidence and competence with analytical and visualisations * Experience in analysis and interpretation of data * Excellent written communication, able to write briefs and visualise data for a variety of audiences * The ability to recognise opportunities to change and collaborate on future requirements * Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration * You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Mori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Mori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.'
