Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, global organisation? Were seeking a Senior People Advisor to play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience across the ANZ region. This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of parental leave. About the Role As a Senior People Advisor , youll provide both strategic and operational HR support, ensuring compliance with NZ and AU employment laws while driving efficiency in HR processes.

You'll work closely with leaders and employees to foster a high-performing and compliant People function. This role requires strong judgment, discretion in handling sensitive matters, and the ability to partner effectively across the business. What Youll Do Develop and implement regional HR policies aligned with global frameworks and ANZ-specific requirements.

Provide first-line HR support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other teams to drive smooth execution of People processes. Maintain HR data integrity, supporting HRIS updates and broader People team initiatives.

Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to manage terminations, redundancies, and employee relations matters in compliance with ANZ laws. Support internal investigations with discretion and professionalism. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and transition processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Manage employment documentation, including offer letters, policy updates, and compliance materials. Support performance management processes, including calibrations and coaching conversations. What You Bring 5-7 years of HR experience , preferably within the NZ and AU region.

Strong knowledge of ANZ employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations . Proven experience managing terminations, investigations, and HR policies . Exceptional organisational and time-management skills , with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

A problem-solving mindset and ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity . Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with a people-first approach.
