Youll play a hands-on role in shaping the product backlog, refining work, and ensuring we deliver the right outcomes for our customers and business. Youll work closely with your Senior Product Manager to connect strategy with day-to-day execution. This includes translating product goals into clearly defined, prioritised work helping the squad stay focused, aligned, and able to show visible progress.

Key skills and experience were looking for: 35 years' experience in product ownership, business analysis, or delivery within agile squads Strong ability to deconstruct complexity and structure work in ways that drive progress Skilled in defining clear, testable stories and slicing value into manageable increments Confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiar with tools like ADO and Confluence, and delivery practices in agile, scaled, or iterative environments Comfortable operating in change-heavy environments with evolving strategy and platforms A collaborative mindset, clear communicator, and bias toward action This is us.
